He has spent his career working closely with leadership teams, large enterprises, and high-growth organisations to translate complex offerings into clear value propositions and measurable business outcomes.
Trained as an architect, Gaurav thinks in systems, structure, and long-term impact. Over the years, his work has expanded well beyond design into business strategy, market development, client partnerships, and large-scale program execution. He’s equally comfortable in boardroom conversations and on execution calls, which makes him a natural fit for building and scaling a growth engine.
Before joining POE, Gaurav held senior roles across global consulting and infrastructure organisations, where he led market expansion, managed high-value enterprise accounts, mentored teams, and drove cross-region growth initiatives. His experience spans working with founders, CXOs, global brands, and complex multi-market portfolios, giving him a sharp instinct for what actually moves the needle.
